TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE SQUARESTATE.PL WEBSITE
I. Definitions

- Service Recipient – any natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website

II. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the Website and the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and Service Recipients.
- Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.
- Content published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
- Service Recipients use the information available on the Website at their own risk.

V. Cancellation and refund policy
- The rules for cancelling reservations and refunding payments depend on the channel through which the reservation was made.
- For reservations made via external platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation and refund terms set by the relevant platform and the selected booking offer apply.
- For reservations made directly with the Service Provider, the Guest is entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Where a direct reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the amount paid is non-refundable, unless the Service Provider decides otherwise.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the reservation, unless the parties agree otherwise.
VI. Contacting the Service Provider
The Service Provider can be contacted via email at: hello@squarestate.pl. Personal data provided during contact is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
VII. Personal data and cookies
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
The Website uses cookies and analytical tools to ensure its correct functioning, improve functionality, and maintain anonymous statistics. Users can manage cookie settings through their web browser.
