Our own cleaning team and the first operating standards — still in place today.

We opened our own laundry and expanded our technical facilities. That scale demanded a system.

We're looking for an experienced manager to run our reservations department. Responsible for pricing strategy, optimising calendars on Airbnb and Booking.com, and coordinating with the operations team.

Apartment Manager
A property caretaker responsible for maintaining standards, communicating with owners, and coordinating cleaning teams. A key role in our operating model.

Experience in property management or hospitality Category B driving licence Strong communication skills and self-reliance
Marketing Specialist
Responsible for Squarestate's brand communication: social media, content, paid campaigns and media relations. Work in a small, agile team with plenty of autonomy.
